Endozym® Antibotrytis is a purified enzymatic preparation designed to solve problems caused by Botrytis Cinerea in must.
Endozym® Antibotrytis directly acts on PolyPhenolic Oxydases (PPO) in must (tyrosinase - laccase), and inactivate them so as to preserve aromas et color from Oxydation. Endozym® Antibotrytis must be used in combinaison with clarification enzymes. It also have b-glucanase activity to help clarification and increase filtrability.Packaging: 500 g can.Dose : from 3 to 5 g/hl.
