A global check-up to know what is in your bottle or tank:

Alcool content;
Acidity : totale acidity, volatile acidity, pH;
Residual sugars;
Sulfur dioxyde: free SO2 et total SO2;
Malolactique fermentation: malique acide, lactique acide.

Procedure : ship us a sample (at least 500ml).

Analysis will be performed as soon as we get your sample.
Within 24h (opening days), you will receive you analysis report par mail (Cofrac accredited analysis) or e-mail (regular analysis).

For sample stability issues, onlys send samples with alcoolic fermentation completely done.

Do you need a COFRAC accredited analysis?
